I have to agree with the Senate Republican leader, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky...“a monstrosity full of special sweetheart deals for a few states,” including Nebraska and Vermont. So far tort reform doesn't seem to be in the picture at all and tort reform would do more to power the cost of medical care than anything else congress could do. But people, lower the cost is not the objective...total control over your life is.
